Considerations for Hiring a Team Leader

Team Leaders are responsible for delegating tasks and supervising the performance of team members so as to increase the productivity of a team and achieve its set goals. They are also responsible for reporting on results and resolving potential conflicts within a team.

When interviewing candidates for this role, look for individuals having the strong leadership skills needed to create a collaborative work environment and manage teams.
