  • Resolve issues and inquiries by communicating with clients
  • Work in close collaboration with finance team for invoicing and billing
  • Manage campaigns successfully by leveraging quantitative data and technical tools
  • Develop strong working relationships with customers and manage multiple accounts
  • Drive client satisfaction, renewals, client retention, and upselling

Requirements

  • Must have prior experience as an Account Manager or similar role
  • Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Business Administration or relevant field
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Team management and excellent communication skills
  • Familiar with sales performance metrics
  • Should have hands-on experience with MS Office, MS Excel, and CRM software
  • Handle multiple priorities
  • Have knowledge of key concepts like deliverables, plans, phases, tasks, and scope
  • Should have a dynamic personality
  • Ability to work independently and remain motivated
  • Think creatively to nurture relations with clients
