What is the role of Warehouse Assistants?
The Warehouse Assistants are responsible for executing a variety of tasks in order to operate and maintain a warehouse. The primary tasks include but are not limited to store and lift products, scan orders and track inventory within a warehouse. Therefore, the candidates must be familiar with inventory management and basic supply chain processes. The Warehouse Assistants has to do a lot of heavy-duty work like lifting and placing of heavy packages. That’s why the candidates must know how to operate heavy machinery as well as power tools. The candidates must also have a sound knowledge of safety regulations while operating the machines. Most importantly, the candidates must have the ability to work in a team environment with a professional attitude.
